How it works, (What to expect)

Once a request for a consultation has been submitted, you will be contacted via your indicated preferred method. This initial contact is to schedule a time to meet up for your consultation.
Consultations are usually scheduled and performed after normal tree work (Between 4pm and 5:30pm.) The arborist will usually show up to the consultation appointment after he has finished other tree work.
The consultation will be performed by an actual Arborist, instead of by a sales person. This is important because, this insures that your concerns are actually addressed. And an accurate work plan and rates can be proposed, whereas a sales person will push unnecessary add ons, and charge you what they think they can get out of you, instead of an accurate value of the work performed.
The arborist meets up with you to understand your goals, and to take notes and document, usually by photo; the job site, as well as obstacles and other important details.
The arborist will then write a proposal, and email it to you (unless a hard copy is requested to be mailed). This will usually be done within the next couple of hours, unless multiple consultations are scheduled, then they will be delivered as soon as possible.
The proposed estimates are only good for fourteen (14) days, and then a new estimate will need to be submitted. This is to avoid a significant increase in overhead between the time the estimate is delivered and the time the estimate is accepted. Changes can be made to the estimate to add or remove work, depending on your goals.
Once an estimate is accepted, you will be contacted to schedule a date for service to be performed.
The service is performed, and payment is usually accepted now. (unless other payment schedules or options have been accepted by us)
